It is an essential pre-condition to you using our CRM platform and SaaS services that you agree and accept that SaasLyn is not legally responsible for any loss or damage you might suffer related to your use of the platform and services, whether from errors or from omissions in our document or information, any goods or services we may offer or from any other use of the platform and services. This includes your use or reliance on any third party content, links, or advertisement. Your use of, or reliance on, any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable.

Competition and consumer act
For the purposes of applicable consumer protection laws, SaasLyn's liability for any breach of a term of this agreement is limited to: the supplying of the CRM services or SaaS features to you again; the replacement of the services; or the payment of the cost of having the services supplied to you again. This limitation applies to the maximum extent permitted by law.
You must be over 18 years of age to use our CRM platform and to purchase any SaaS services or subscriptions.
Returns and refunds
Our CRM software and SaaS services are delivered digitally and are available immediately upon successful payment processing and account activation. Service access is provided through our secure cloud platform. In case of service interruptions or technical issues, we will work promptly to restore access. Any service credits or refunds for downtime are provided at the discretion of SaasLyn according to our Service Level Agreement.
Subscription-based services are activated immediately upon confirmation of payment and account setup. Please be aware that CRM data migration and initial setup may require additional time. Should you have any technical problems accessing our platform or services, please contact our support team so we may assist you with onboarding and technical issues.
Links to other websites
SaasLyn may from time to time provide on our CRM platform, links to other websites, third-party integrations and information on those services for your convenience. This does not necessarily imply sponsorship, endorsement, or approval between SaasLyn and the owners of those websites or services. SaasLyn takes no responsibility for any of the content found on the linked websites or integrated services.
Our CRM platform may contain information or integrations provided by third parties for which SaasLyn accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any information or advice provided to you directly by third parties. We are providing integration capabilities only and are not providing any advice nor do we take any responsibility for any advice received from third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SaasLyn absolutely disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. SaasLyn gives no warranty that our CRM platform, SaaS services or features will be free of errors, or that defects will be corrected, or that our platform or its servers are free of viruses or any other harmful components.
Whilst we, at all times endeavor to have the most accurate, reliable and up-to-date information on our CRM platform, we do not warrant or make any representations regarding the use or the result of the use of any feature, service, integration, link or information in our platform or as to their correctness, suitability, accuracy, reliability, or otherwise.
It is your sole responsibility and not the responsibility of SaasLyn to bear any and all costs of data recovery, system repairs, or correction. The applicable law in your state or territory may not permit these exclusions, particularly the exclusions of some implied warranties. Some of the above may not apply to you but you must ensure you are aware of any risk you may be taking by using our CRM platform or any SaaS services that may be offered through it. It is your responsibility to do so.

At SaasLyn, we are committed to protecting your privacy. We use the information we collect about you to maximize the CRM and SaaS services that we provide to you. We respect the privacy and confidentiality of the information provided by you and adhere to international privacy standards. Please read our separate Privacy Policy carefully.
You may change your details at any time through your SaasLyn account dashboard or by contacting us via email. All information we receive from our customers is protected by our secure cloud servers. SaasLyn secure server software encrypts all customer information before it is transmitted and stored. Furthermore, all customer data collected is secured against unauthorized use or access. Credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.
Third parties
We do not and will not sell or deal in personal or customer information. We may however use in a general sense without any reference to your name, your information to create CRM usage statistics, identify user demand and assist in meeting customer business needs generally.
